The villas on Peraleja Golf resort are finished to the highest standard

Peraleja Golf was originally designed with approximately 1200 detached and semi-detached properties in mind, but to date only about 150 have been completed. Twelve models of villa are available and there is also the option to have your own bespoke property designed on individual plots overlooking the golf course.

Villas range from 2-bedroomed properties on plots of 300m2 to 5-bedroomed houses on plots of up to 2000m², and the standard designs include finishes of very high quality, including fully installed aircon and central heating, private swimming pools and landscaped gardens as well as iroko wood carpentry.

The designs are modern, and the interior of the properties is spacious, light and airy, with many properties enjoying privileged and virtually uninterrupted views of the golf course and the surrounding countryside.
