Route 33 is an iconic walking route which leads up through the Parque Minero of La Unión and concludes in the village of Portmán. The route is 7 kilometres each way and although the terrain is fairly straightforward, there is no shade, so walkers often opt to walk one way and return by bus.
There is a mainline bus service running between Portmán and La Unión, the Linea 13.
Click for Route 33, Portmán to La Unión
Click for hours of services, Linea 13, which runs both ways : Linea 13 La Unión-Portmán
