Accommodation in Alhama de Murcia, Casa Rural Martinez
Up to nine guests, outdoor pool and full accessibility for the disabled in the foothills of Sierra Espuña
Casa Rural Martinez is a large country property with four bedrooms (two double, two twin), two bathrooms and fully equipped living-room and kitchen. The total floor area is 160 square metres, and the house is on a large plot of land in the countryside to the west of Alhama de Murcia, in the rural area known as “Farache”, in the foothills of Sierra Espuña.
It is surrounded by orange and lemon orchards, as well by other properties built on a similar scale, and although the design is traditional in many respects it is a modern property: this is reflected in a list of attributes which include full air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace, two fridges, a dish washer, washing machine and wi-fi.
The main feature of the garden is the swimming pool, which also has a smaller area for kids, and alongside are loungers, a barbecue, a swing and a covered seating area.
The house is well adapted for those of limited mobility, to the extent that there are wide doorways, access ramps, bathroom facilities for the disabled, low kitchen furniture and even a ramp into the swimming pool.
In addition, it should not be forgotten that an additional attraction of Casa Rural Martínez is its proximity to the Sierra Espuña, where the mountains of central Murcia attract numerous visitors interested in walking, mountain biking, quad biking, climbing and a host of other activities.
Dogs are permitted at Casa Rural Martínez.
